£­Precautions for use£­

The product contain 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative. Be careful not to ingest it by mistake and take care when disposing of it.

£­Comparison of results£­

Immunoplate well (Maxisorp F96, Nunc) was treated with a 5-fold diluted blocking reagent (at room temp., 15-60 min.), POD-conjugate solution was added and incubated at 37¡ÆC for 120 min. After washing with PBS containing 0.05% tween20 (PBST), we added a color reagent for POD (H2O2-TMBZ system) and evaluated the amount of POD which remained in the well. There was no significant difference between Casein and NB2025, NB3025.
Immunoplate well (Maxisorp F96, Nunc) was immobilized with anti-mouse-IgG-antibody. After blocking with 5-fold diluted blocking reagent (at room temp., 120 min.), the plate which was de-air-packed in an aluminum bag, was stored at 50. The activity of the immobilized-antibody was evaluated with a sandwich-ELISA system.
After blocking (see above), the POD-conjugate diluted with PBST was added and incubated at 37¡ÆC for 120 min. After washing with PBST, we added a color reagent for POD (H2O2-TMBZ system) and evaluated the amount of POD that remained in the well.

Methods  

After blocking an immuno-plate(5-fold dilution by saline,at 37¡ÆC for 2hrs),a human sera sample(20-fold dilution by PBS)was added. After incubation for 2hrs at 37¡ÆC,the plate was washed with 0.05% tween20-PBS.Then POD-labeled antibodies were added and it was reacted at 37¡ÆC for 2hrs. After washing,a coloring reaction(TMBZ) was conducted.The non-specific binding substances of the sera were analyzed.
 

Non specific binding of human serum IgG was suppressed efficiently.
